went and bought some evening primrose oil capsules and going to Walgreens to look for raspberry leaf tea, Walmart didn't have it we looked everywhere!

@txyogagirl, I took the primrose oil capsule right when I got home, went to three stores and still couldn't find the tea! we've had sex a few times, nothing consistent, he isn't always in the mood ugh
Is this ur first? if so I would start the tea and primrose right away bc it takes some time to work also at ur stage I would have sex, also self pleasure might be an option and organism can trigger labor bc it's ur body contracting. We tried sex but we went very easy it was better if I did it myself bc my belly was in the way and I didnt want anything actually in me. Everything is swollen at that point
@sawyersmomma, u need to feel lots of pressure and cramps don't stop walking till u feel them and once u do feel them speed up the pace and continue I did 6 days of walking with pressure but would always stop after 10 blocks bc that's the size of my neighborhood finally I said I'm going to keep it up and not stop and that's the night it worked so I'm a firm believer. My dr okayed primrose before I started it wear a panty liner if u do it vaginally
Primrose oil is very safe I took it vaginally and orally for more than five days once I was past my due date. I also had the third trimester tea from babies r us it's early mama brand I believe u doing all safe methods but the best thing is walk like speed walk lots I mean miles until ur in pain and even when u r with tons of pressure keep walking I came home one day told hubby I'm going to put myself in labor and I hit the sidewalk didn't come in till dark walked over four hours would stop back home to pee and get a drink and go right back out came in at 8:45 and by 10 I was in labor with contraction 5 mins apart labor 5 hr like that at home then went to hospital at 4am and 12 hr later he was born

@sawyersmomma, Idk if it was the tea or the primrose but I was in labor for only 4 hours but it was really intense

@sawyersmomma, it was easier for me to find the 3rd trimester tea (it has the raspberry leaf in it) I found it on Amazon and babies r us
I looked it up and basically it says there's a lack of evidence, not thats its bad..they just don't know much about it!
@rmreed, I've never heard anything bad about it, unless you take it too early into your pregnancy, it doesn't actually induce your labor but it softens your cervix so if you take it too early it could be potentially dangerous!
Just curious, I thought the primrose oil was super dangerous?? I have never looked into it though!
