Anyone else have a significant other that plays video games way too much? I feel like I have to sit and wait until he gets bored enough to come and spend time with me. He tells me im boring because I stay in the bedroom all day. But I don't want to go into the living room and hear him scream at the TV. It's not a pleasant experience. I've talked to him about it, but nothing has changed. I hate feeling like he only wants to talk to me when he gets bored enough.

@brianarae, I'm having the same problem. I try to talk to him and if his game messes up here gets mad at me. I feel like he'd rather talk to random bros than me
My bf plays a lot, too.It pissed me off at times.I have had to talk with him over the years. He has gotten a lot better, though.
I used to play a lot too, but we only have one TV right now, so he kind of hogs it lol. And it's my Xbox, so I've considered just hiding it or getting rid of it
If he plays too much then put your foot down or sell his console when he's gone
my husband plays A LOT. if he gets a new game I know better than to expect to spend time with him fir a few days, but he always makes it up to me with a special meal or snack!
