Are your bras too tight? Underwire? Sleeping on your belly? Also, when you pump if you can figure out a way for your boobs to hang more, so gravity helps. when I had a clogged duct I fed my son on his changing table and massaged the hell out of the bottom part of my boob. That seemed to loosen it. I am sure he was wondering what the heck we were doing.

So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

idk if clogged ducts is the same as or similar to mastitis, but when i had mastitis i constantly massaged my boobs between warm compresses and i felt like that was my quickest relief.
