My 3 week old sounds very congested ?? Any tips on helping him breath ? How about a humidifier?

I was having the same issue and my doctor told me little babies love to be congested, like any little piece of dust that gets in their nose can do it so don't worry too much. If you see a lot of snot/boogers you can use the bulb sucky thing.

@diana_martinez, youll end up buying a humidifier anyway at some point but yes the shower works in a rush if you dont have one

Run as hot as it will go shower and close the door. Let it steam up for about 10-15 minutes then sit in there for 5 minutes wth him, helps me every time
