How old was your baby when you started putting cereal in your baby bottle?

5 weeks but only because he has acid reflux and can't have AR formula because he also has lactose sensitivity.

Never! its completely up to you but I chose not to use baby cereals because there is no nutritional benefit to them. I feed my babies frequently and only breastmilk until they are sitting unassisted. The first food I introduce is avocado :) "Food before one is just for fun" is very widely accepted as the standard advice with pediatricians. Rice cereal is great for starting out but it is not necessary.
