Any advice on how to increase milk production??? I haven't been producing as much since the week I spent in the hospital due to my gallbladder. I've been having to supplement with formula just to keep her fed but she spews it all back up afterwards. Really wanna keep breastfeeding her, especially since it's cold and flu season. Thanks in advance!

nurse as much as possible, drink lots, eat well.

theres also power pumping and herbs if you really need.
