I'm currently breastfeeding and also formula feeding my one week old. I'm going to start using my pump today. Question for all you ladies that pump, how long can you keep the milk in the fridge/freezer for? How do you guys manage it? Thanks 😊

Buy freezer storage bags. You have to date them write the amount and the time. If I'm. It mistaken they are good in the freezer for 3-4 months

I didn't breastfeed for long but I know moms buy the bags that you can write the date on them when you pump them and I believe their good in the freezee for 5 months. im not totally sure.
