so I bought the fenugreek pills because my supply has dropped since returning to work...so how many am I supposed to take? It has 3 capsules daily on the bottle but I just wanna be sure...

3 capsules, 3 times a day. So 9 total. Some do 4, 3 times or 4, 4 times. Others follow the bottle, it's up to you
