I've decided I'm going to take my nexplanon out!! I had no issues with it but weight gain was a major problem for me 😣😣😣 ..any other recommendations as far as bc ??
ParaGuard doesn't have any hormones in it so it could be a good option for you. Keep in mind, though, periods could be heavier and "crampier" My periods went away completely but that's not a typical side effect.
@ellamas, that's the one I have 😣😣 taking it out because it's made me gain horrible weight @sarahb518 I like it i just don't like that it made me gain weight @garayserenity I wish mine didn't make me gain weight and right now that I'm trying to loose weight seems harder so that's why I'm just like let's take it out
I chose the ParaGuard IUD again. Had it for five years before and I had it inserted yesterday again. For me it was the convenience.

I have the mirena iud. It is different than what you have. It has very minimal hormones and I have no side effects from it. I would look into an iud (it is not an implant that goes in your arm). I think it might be a good option for you @babybee
