Alright preggo mamas, this is the greatest thing I have ever done. It's just 3 tennis balls (which are like $2 at Walmart) and an old tube sock /knee high sock. My boyfriend suggested this, actually! He said I should do this so that he can easily rub my back while in labor. I made sure to leave enough room on the ends so that I can rub my own back when he isn't around 😏
