I have to brag a little bit. I've been working my butt off creating a storage supply of breast milk for when I went back to work. This is how much I've stored up and I started work this week! I am so happy for this! Baby girl is growing and we get to continue to only give her breast milk! Happy momma here.

i'm so proud of you! i know it takes a lot of determination to get that much of a surplus! i'm deff gonna have to try the tips you mentioned, because i have enough to manage me working full time, but i want to try a romantic babyless night with the bf soon 😩
The biggest thing that has helped me is pumping in the morning and giving her a bottle after pumping. I make a LOT of milk in the morning and it's more than she eats so it's a good way to get some extra here and there store it up. And anytime she doesn't eat of both boobs I pump the other one and store it. @missyjill
That's awesome and something to be proud of! How were you able to build up your milk stash? I still run low on breastmilk at nighttime and it has been a struggle for me to build up my supply

@missyjill, something that helped me build the [less impressive] supply i have saved was pumping while nursing, bc since my body was ready to feed anyway it was really easy to get a good amount expressed.
