6 months or whenever you start doing solids. its only recommended to wait a year if you or immediate family has an allergy to eggs! 😊

@onemoretime, my daughters pediatrician told me to start giving her scrambled eggs. she is 6.5 months:)

you can do egg yolks whenever they want solids. would recommend not doing the whites until later age as they are common allergens
