So this is SUPER delicious! I went to health nut last night and got some hemp oil so I can start eating salads and making my own dressing. This salad is spinach, peppers, onions, snap peas. You can add whatever you'd like. They say the colors of the rainbow is best lol And in the tuna on top I added mayo, sweet relish, salt, pepper, a pinch of turmeric, cayenne pepper and a spoonful of Sriracha hummus. Then poured a tbsp of coldpressed raw organic hemp oil and a tbsp of Braggs apple cider vinegar over the whole salad. Turmeric and cayenne pepper are known for their healing properties as well as organic coldpressed hemp oil for their natural omega 3s and 6s essential fatty acids and apple cider vinegar is like the best thing ever. You can use it for soooo many things. Google turmeric, ac vinegar, cayenne pepper and hemp oil and you'll be so surprised how many nutrients this salad has. Yum!!!!!!

I don't know if you have one near you but you can get it at any health food store or order it off of Amazon. when you buy hemp oil to consume you want to make sure it's organic cold pressed it's a darker liquid. because the light hemp oil is more for topical use. and coconut oil i get in the big jar at Sam's club. the unscented organic kind. it's good for cooking and skincare :)

of course! the only reason I use spinach is for its iron content but too much spinach in your diet can cause kidney stones. iceberg is good to it just has less nutrients and is mostly water. but if you add everything else, that won't even matter :)
