My mom found me one of the convertible cribs I've been wanting and she's deciding to go get it…

Hell no it's not to early. I started with both my boys as soon as I found out. I was 13 weeks when I found out I was pregnant and about 9 weeks with my second.

I can understand that. of course hopefully nothing will ever happen. but I'm powering through this first trimester with absolute optimism. <3

Think about it. In some cases it is , you'll never know . Just make sure you can return it if something happens :-( if it even matters .

I'm 21 weeks and something suddenly happened. I'm so close to loosing my baby . 25 weeks a baby has a small chance to live if giving birth . At 35 weeks it doubles

I got one when we found out at 6 weeks lol but we didn't open it and put it up till way later in my pregnancy just incase something were to happen

No but remember the brand you have because it does not come with the pieces to convert and you will have to buy them I have 2 (one at my house and one at my parents) I used for my oldest but because I don't know the brand I had to buy a toddler bed

My mother in law bought my crib pretty early too. I put up the nursery furniture at like 17 weeks. Just because it made me happy. And if I would have lost the baby then I would have kept the furniture and tried for another or looked into adoption. I've been so set on being a mom that either way I'm keeping that furniture. And it always puts a smile on my face to walk by the nursery all set up and ready to go.

I waited till I was 25 weeks to buy furniture... just wanted to be well into my 2nd trimester to set things up in case something happened. Felt like the right choice for me
