Ok.. my friend just got her membrane sweep, she said that "some of her membranes were already ruptured before the Dr did anything".....? I thought the "membrane" was your bag of water (amniotic sac). There isn't more than 1 membrane is there?! Lol she sounds kinda dumb.. or is it me?
Her helmet she got so she can be safe (as she told me) when she rides her bike and scooter lol
Alright ladies! I finally progressed! I'm finally a centimeter dilated, 50-60% effaced and she's at a -3 making her way down. She's weighing 8lbs and is in the 90 percentile! ❤ Oh and she did a membrane sweep!
Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!

There's multiple membranes .... it's what holds the sac onto your uterus . When you strip the membranes you are trying to loosen them so that the sac can separate from the wall. That's my understanding of it anyway
