Got a sore throat and no way to treat it! Feel absolutely awful! 😢 Tried to down some honey and lemon water but that just made me gag. 😧 Couldn't even finish an entire soothers sweetie. I used to love honey and lemon! Why now when I need it, have I gone completely off them?😳

@myfirstbaby2016 @sammy I should have just directly Googled vicks like you just did. I searched for treatments I can use while pregnant and in a lot of posts people mentioned decongestants and vicks/vapour rub as a no no. Thanks for finding that for me @myfirstbaby2016. I did use the vicks last night after your recommendations but I'll feel much better using it now after seeing that. 😙

yea @sammy is right u can even breath in but my sister said better to just rub it in ur chest,back and throat that's what I done xx

@muffinmay I don't think I could drink my own handmade lemonade. Maybe shop bought but hubby is at work and I can't be asked to go out while I'm feeling like this.
@myfirstbaby2016 Are you sure 8 can use vicks? I researched what a pregnant woman can use to treat sore throat/colds and in numerous places I've read that decongestants are an absolute no. Some even specifically mentioned vicks/vapour rub.
if u can't have lemon and honey then just have a tea with mint leafs it does helps a lot and hot milk does it job too x
