any tips as to how i can up my milk production? i haven't felt full since my son had his first growth spirt 2 weeks ago.

You shouldn't feel full.. Your milk supply might've adjusted perfectly to how much your baby eats. I thought my milk supply was way down when I stopped feeling full.. But then I pumped and got like 5 ounces on one side 😀
