Ok I've been cramping since early this morning. I'm 39 weeks 5 days. No mucus plug no water break she's dropped more. When I got checked last Wednesday they say 1 cm and 90% thinned. She's been having her head down there. Should I be worried

I'd say drink more water and call your doctor to see what they say

@michelle2220, once again I go to sleep and 10 minutes into it I start to cramp. Like period cramps. All night gets worse after 3 am.
