Hi ladies. Has anyone used the Chicco Next to me cribs? I've said all along I want the baby in our room to start with, but it must be in its own bed. But now I'm wondering your opinions on these cribs as I've seen mixed reviews. If I have to have a c-section then this would potentially eliminate too much lifting and moving around at night, but then is it worth just getting a normal crib? There has been no indication I'll need a section but you never know! Thoughts please! 😊

@canteloupe24, @newmommyapril @nikkibeee hello ladies :) i have the next 2 me crib and find it a life saver and makes night feeds much easier with breastfeeding but even with formula feeding it would still be good. Co sleeping has so many benefits if done properly and safely :) xx
We had a Moses basket which only lasted my baby 3 weeks before he outgrew it. I was considering getting a Next To Me crib but they only last something like 6 months depending on babies size so for the price we decided to just get a cot bed that was suitable from birth and I'm so glad because it'll do him till he's ready for a proper bed. I like it too because I've it sectioned off with a bumper and use the other half to store his toys, books, etc. And it's right next to my bed so I can watch him sleeping.
Curious as well. I have bought it already but haven't used it yet as still waiting for the little guy to make his grand entrance 😊
Also @canteloupe24 my friend had it before me and it done her till her baby was 7 months but generally you're only meant to have baby in Moses baskets/cribs till they're sitting up on their own xx
