I just need to vent!!

Ehh I'm so mad right now!! So I have a Facebook and it's just my close family and freebie friends( women I met online who like to get freebies online) that are my friends. I don't really post too much on Facebook but I post pictures of my son and boyfriend because I know our parents will like it. I also have the setting on my Facebook that prevents people from adding me unless they are mutual friends with my family and freebie friends which means no one from my past can really add. Anyways so I just connected my Facebook with messenger so all these weird messages came up from random guys and one message from a ex boyfriend I dated when I was 13 ( the guy I dated before my boyfriend now) it was nothing serious obviously !! I was a dumb kid and have no feelings for this guy obviously. I dated him like 10 years ago. So I thought it was hilarious when he messaged me. So I told my current boyfriend and he like flipped out and is all pissed at me and said I shouldn't even have a Facebook. I'm just so pissed because I never messaged him back and never would !! I didn't do anything wrong and he's treating me like I'm doing something wrong by having a Facebook!!
