Is it still possible to build up and establish milk supply at 6-8 weeks? I'm struggling to give enough milk via breastfeeding (tend to run short or "no more milk" on the 10th-12th feeding on a 24-hour period) and have tried to maintain good fluid intake, eat oatmeal and drink milkmaid tea and goats rue supplements. Hoping to see light at the end of the tunnel😞

So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!

I assume by 10-12th feeding you mean the late night feedings.. if so, in general ypu don't make as much milk because the composition is ment to be fattier and for bed time.. the early morning milk is thiner and ment to be more for daytime (less sleepy hormone.)
