I recommend floravital it absorbs much better than tablets. It's a liquid iron supplement.

I second the constipation! 🙈 Can be quite bad.

@ttcrainbowbaby, I've not had that yet but mouth is really dry no matter how much I drink and keep going dizzy and light headed when I stand up

@squish86 beig light headed and and dizzy is a symptom of the anaemia. It should reduce once your iron levels start rising. Good luck hun. Hope you feel better soon 😘

Yup constipation! Drink lots of water and orange juice :) I found the liquid iron was better :) Its called Spatone 😘 but is quite expensive xx

nope, I've been on them over a month now had no side effects whatsoever x

I have ibs so rather than constipation I have the opposite :(
