They couldn't get an IV in my hand so they had to put it my arm. Which made it really hard to hold my daughter cause it was right where the arm bends at the elbow. And I had an IV in each arm so that made it even harder to do anything. I had them in for all 4 days I was in the hospital. The one in my left arm actually blew my vein and my arm swelled 3x its size.

they blew my vein on my hands so I had it in the crook of my arm. it was hard to not bend my arm and awkward to sleep. I think the hand would be better cause it isn't as bendable as the arm.

When I went in on Monday took them 3 trys to get it in and on Wednesday 5! Ouch! 6 blown veins was no fun. It was worse than my csection! So happy your baby's almost here!
