hey ladies :) i have a question..so my family and my s/o family makes "jokes" about me leaving my baby for a while so "i " can go out. i dont feel comfortable leaving my baby with anyone yet. hes only 3 months. so my question is... when was the first time any of u left your little one for a few hours? ...i feel like ppl forget hes my FIRST and hes ONLY 3 months ...

yea MIL can be hard to deal with sometimes ! yea i will only take time when im ready otherwise i wouldnt enjoy myself out ! thanks ladies !!
Your not alone! My love is 3mths as well and I've reluctantly left him with my husband! And that was only for a maybe 20 mins!lol He is also my third! Noone can take care of your little like you can!
Taking time for yourself away from baby is important... but do it at your own pace!!! congrats and have fun!!
my lil one is 3mths and has been left only with my husband for a few hrs. I trust my mom but my MIL wants to babysit and thinks I will let her .. but I won't. she can't even walk around with my lil one longer than 5mins bc "she's heavy" .. and she forgets things often. When I do leave her with my mom, I'm sure I will have to fight the MIL as to why she is not trusted.
I actually haven't and my son is 10 months. call me paranoid. lol.
yea i completely trust my mom too!! :p but if i let her babysit than other ppl will expect me to leave him with them as well (like my MIL ) n im not ready. @brynsmommie lol it makes me feel over protective and crazy
Lol I did it at a few weeks old with both of my kids but my mom is like an extension of me and I fully trusted her, the only person they stay with is my mom! I trust her more than my own husband LOL
My MIL lives on the east coast....so she doesn't really have a chance to babysit, but if she did live here.....I dunno lol I don't see her paying as close attention to my kids as my own mom does! I would probably wait until my baby was at least a year
