I feel like a horrible mom today, Jaz fell and hit her head, hard. I'd been working on my computer with her in my lap and she fell forward and rolled off before I could catch her, hitting my desk as she did.

She's OK, only cried for a few minutes. I had her head checked and she only bruised it. Scared me to death and I lost a days work. I'm beyond glad she's fine, but still the thought of what could've happened has me scared.

How to Stop My Daughter from Hitting Her Head When Upset?

Okay, so this is kind of urgent. My daughter has been doing this for a few months... Every time she gets upset, she hits her head on things like the floor, tables, shelves, etc... I've tried EVERYTHING and she won't stop. She's even bruised her head plenty of times hitting her head on things. I don't know what to do. Can someone give me some kind of advice? I want her to stop.. P.S. Don't mom bash me for this. I've never done what she's been doing. I don't wanna hear any judgement. If you have bullshit to say, keep it to yourself.

Please no shaming.... I had my first major scare as mom today. My baby fell off the couch and hit her head on the coffee table. I rushed her to the ER as I sobbed (Fiona cried at first but stopped once I picked her up and was acting completely normal) and they reassured me it was just a nasty goose egg and she was fine. I can't believe it My cousin stayed with me rent free from September 2015 to April 2016 and her stuff is still in my apartment. She's been saying she was going to come get her stuff for months. She text me this morning saying that she was going to come and get her stuff soon, and I asked her if I could have her air mattress. She tried to charge me $60 for it. The air mattress sells new for $35 on amazon and she didn't even pay $60 for it. I didn't respond and she just text me saying the $60 was for a microwave she bought me and her air mattress. When she got the microwave, it was a gift. Then when my son was in the hospital from October to January out of town, I was going to get my internet service turned off until I returned home. My cousin was doing school work online, so I paid for it while I was away so she could use it. I'm trying to figure out a response to her. ?
