I'm 3 weeks postpartum with a c-section and my boyfriend has been looking so damn good lately it's crazy. my hormones are all over the place and I want to jump his bones. I was told no sex for 6 weeks, but seen some woman had sex 4 days after baby!! When did you ladies have sex after baby?? and is it safe.. I'm going to ask my ob my next app. but that's not until Wednesday. any feed back is helpful.

i waited 4 weeks after my csection to get to do the do lol it was a little weird at first but then i was over it. i feel it's up to you when you feel ready

did your Dr. say it was okay. I been told all my life by my Mexican mother that I gotta wait 6 weeks to allow my body to recover. but I'm definitely asking my Dr. when I have my appoitment next week. I'm scared to do it.. lol as dumb as that sounds

Girl I waited 4 weeks but it hurt so bad, as if I gave birth vaginally lol

@mommatay22, I'm scared too, but damn I want to so bad. my mom has always made it clear that you have to wait 6 weeks. or it could be dangerous. lol

hahaha @lovingmatheo I would of forgotten too. my mom just scared the crap out of me lol but I'll probably wait 2 more weeks just to be safe

I waited 5 weeks but I had a vaginal birth & I had a second degree tear. Tbh it's up to u guys and as long as you're comfortable. But it is easier for u to get pregnant right after that's one of the reasons they advise you to wait.

@mommy1915 ohh man, I hurt to have sex before I had my daughter it felt like a stretching feeling and it hurt to pee after. hoping it's not so bad once we get back in the swing of things

Yeah it would hurt to pee too, like once we would finish I'd have to go pee and it would sting

@mommy1915 omg! Yes I swear I thought something was wrong with me. it would sting so bad, but only after sex. made me not want to have sex at all.

Yeah I didn't have that problem till after my csection. Lol just be careful when you decide to do it

That's how I felt my first baby and I had a c section as well but wasn't breast feeding and now with baby number two I am breast feeding and have no sex drive... question r u breast feeding? And.about having sex wit yr man go for it as long as you go slow and gentle you will be fine
