Filling in this maternity allowance form is driving me insane.
I don't know what date I will go on maternity leave because I planned to work as far as I could so I just rang them and they said to send the form you have to provide a date or they can't process it and if I wait till I decide to go on mat leave then send the form they are currently 6 weeks behind in processing them so I wouldn't get anything for 6 weeks.
If I just put my due date on the form but baby comes before the date I can't use this form I would have to fill in a different one once she is here and again they are 6 weeks behind.
They don't make it easy do they?! I also have 2 weeks holiday to take at work which I was going to add to my leave but dwp said I can't do that because the dates will be wrong?!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. IUI Monday!!
So today I went in for my routine bloodwork and ultrasound, and found out that I have three follicles at 17mm! Plus another two at 15mm. When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...

Take 2 weeks off your due date and use that as your last day. Then you can have 2 weeks still at full pay but you can be off. That's what iv done. X
