Anybody know any tips on how to make enough milk to pump? I keep trying to pump and only make a little. I'm currently trying to add flax seed to my diet and drinking mother's tea.
I was nursing on demand.. and I pumped religiously 3x a day.. stay hydrated

United health care is awful. I have a prescription for a pump, but they're seriously making me jump through hoops. My insurance will cover a non medical gender test no questions asked, but try and order a pump to feed my kid, and they act like I'm asking for $10,000!!
I'm determined to get this pump for free. If not, guess we will have no choice but to buy one 😡
Trying to make waterless Mac and cheese tonight.
I have the medela pump in style (at work) and the spectra S2 (at home) but I’m interested in getting something else to replace one of them. Can anyone recommend a better pump then the ones mentioned? I’m trying to make this pumping experience more successful than my first go round.

I started to have a dip in how much I was producing and I started adding a teaspoon of bewers yeast to my Yougurt everyday and I've definitely noticed an increase. I can barely taste the differnce either as well
