anterior placenta is not too much fun. I don't get to feel baby as Much and see those amazing belly movements.

@babybue16, yeah having 4 previous babies I see a huge difference but you are right now that I'm entering the third trimester I do feel her more just obviously not the same. I mostly miss seeing my belly doing those waves and those visible kicks. but as long as I feel her every day I'm fine knowing she's fine :)

@squirt22, right! I don't even know what rib pain feels like yet and I'm 35 weeks. I haven't had any painful movements! @momtobeagain my husband and I felt the first movement at the same time. Sometimes he feels it even when I don't if he has his hand against my belly and i don't if he is just moving a little. I feel him all throughout the day though but is more of a rolling/pressing feeling. I think I didn't really start noticing a lot of regular movement until my third trimester. I have nothing to compare it too since this is my first so I'm happy with the movement I do feel. I could see how you'd miss it though if it was more with previously babies.

I have an anterior placenta too. The good thing about it is that it protects you from feeling a lot of the rib pain that alot of other mothers feel!

my first time. I had 4 kids before so I always had a lot of strong movement by now and loved seeing it feeling it, I'm almost 28 weeks. even my husband only felt the baby move only two times touching my stomach during the whole pregnancy. I tell him I feel the little movement but he don't feel nothing when he touches my stomach. what keeps me relieved is that at least I know she moves every day even tho I feel very little. @babybue16

I have an anterior too. Honestly, the movement I do feel is enjoyable. Mostly rolling and small thumps. Nothing that keeps me up at night so I'm actually happy with mine. Once you are further along you'll feel more. I feel movement a lot just not anything unpleasant.

lol. that's cute "hulk babies" I'm almost 28 weeks and feel movement but very light and very little. hopefully my placenta moves one day. mine is on the top too. @guaderrama_babies2

Don't get discouraged. They told me the same thing but I used to see my belly move everywhere with Andrew. This time I also have anterior placenta but mostly on the top of my uterus and I see and feel every roll and kick. Baby can actually push the placenta aside. I always tell everyone I have Hulk babies lol
