On occasion I want to lay on my back, is it really going to harm the baby if I lay on it temporarily to try to relieve back pain?
I sleep on my back a lot. I can tell I need to move though when I start involuntarily grunt in my sleep.
it won't hurt the baby. but in like serious freak events you can cut off your main artery that can cause you to lose all blood circulation and you can lose the baby/ your legs. but I'm almost 99% sure your body will move you before anything like that happens.
Thanks guys. Just heard some stuff that says no belly or back laying and there's times where I feel like I have to lay on my back to try to take pressure off or something idk so I'm happy to know it doesn't hurt him if I do @housfullofgrls @lilbabyboy16 @jsco
I sleep on my back sometimes. your body will make itself move if something serious is going on
Nope, no harm in that.
