My birth story ... So after noticing some blood in my pee on Tuesday the 27th September I was asked to go in to maternity outpatients to have a quick check over! On examination I had a rather big bleed which doctors wanted to monitor therefore was admitted to the ward early hours of Wednesday morning. Bleeding continued for the next few days along with aches and pains building up. I woke on the Friday morning and after being examined once again it was confirmed my waters had broke, throughout the day the pains worsened and about half past 6 I was 3cm dilated. I was moved to labour suite and by quarter past 7 I had jumped to 6cm dilated and it was to late for any pain relief other than gas and air! I felt the urge to push and an hour later at 16 minutes last 8 my beautiful baby girl arrived! Without a doubt the most amazing experience of my life n I am so proud of myself 👑👶🏻💗
