Pump right before you drink. Drink a big glass of water and then bottoms up :) then pump again in the morning if you don't want to dump any out.

I always pumped before and after drinking.

Girl . Go have some drinks lol . I used to wait till my baby went to sleep and I would take shots . He slept through the night and by the morning I was fine but I know my limit you know I take a few shots but never get fucked up drunk unless you pump

Yeah, you can have a drink and still breastfeed. Just don't get shifty drunk. Lol. The amount of alcohol that would get passed into the milk is so minuscule that it wouldn't harm baby if you had one drink.

You don't have to pump and dump. If you can drive then you can nurse.

technically a drink is fine. if it concerns you, you can pump and dump or they sell breast milk test strips at walmart that test for alcohol
