Day 7 of horrible can't walk can't stand can't sit sciatica. Only 7 weeks Prego and I need relief. Can't keep Missing work most of all being in this much pain for these many days is too much. 😢😢😢😢

Thanks and no one to massage me 😔 I've tried everything else nothing is helping

if you have a man or a really great best friend have them massage for you. lay on your back and put your feet up on a couch or wall or something for about 15 minutes. a heating pad will also help.

Haven't been able to get out of my house either I live in a 3 floor walk up
