This is potentially a really silly question but ftm so feeling pretty clueless. In our babies pram (kinderkraft) the bit the baby lies on has straps ect for when the baby is bigger and it's changed to buggy style. Obviously newborns lay in it flat but I gather lying on those straps won't be comfy. What do I do with them?

@winterbaby95, @beck_yemm thanks it was my OH mum who got me thinking maybe you aren't suppose to strap them in. Cause when we set up the pram she asked what we would do with the straps. I didn't want to look like I was clueless and just sort of shrugged off the question but it later got me thinking you maybe don't strap them in.
Ahh right yes I strap them in as they can move when going up a step into the house or up a curb :) x
@beck_yemm, Honestly I wasn't 100% sure if you strapped them in when they where lay down. I have seen some mums who do and some who don't.
Would you not use them to strap baby in ? Or are there additional straps for this when baby is lying down? Xx
i only strap my lb in if hes sitting up a bit. otherwise i tuck the straps under the pram liner i bought that has a detachable foot muff for winter@stephnae x
