she's getting colostrum. It's all your baby needs until your milk comes in fully

so lets say ii don't have any milk right now if she latches on will she get anything out to feed her

mine took about 5 days. Just keep putting baby to breast as much as possible

Mine came in on the 3rd day, which is pretty normal and until then you produce colostrum which is all your baby needs until your milk comes in :)
