So I'm exclusively breast-feeding and I don't have a milk stash or anything and I'm looking to start one. My birthday is coming up so I want to have plenty of milk so someone can watch the baby. When should I pump and do I just freeze 1 bottle per bag????

I pumped once in the morning to build my stash in a month I had 30 bags. I also divided bags into smaller amounts (2-3oz) so I don't waste defrosted milk.

I usually pump half hour after she feeds and then an hour before. One serving per bag, I usually put 2-3 oz
