He is 5 days old does this look normal?

I took him in and I guess it looks good he cleaned it up and to clean it up with water and dry it with a blowdry it with cold air before I cover it up.

No , only that where the dry blood it was still wet for the cord doctor said to put alcohol

it looks a bit infected, I would go get it looked at.
