how many do you eat in a day? I just started them 3 days ago, but I don't really feel like they are helping me. @nikilauren

I got them at babies r us but you can order them on Amazon as well. And I tried the oatmeal raisin and oatmeal chocolate chip and they were both really good! 😊 @sophia713 @khalil_mommy
