Lactation Energy Bites! quick, easy, and oh so yummy! I have been under the weather for over a week now. with being ill my appetite has dropped leading to a loss in supply and energy. I made these last night and have already noticed a difference. Thank goodness!

1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1.5 cup oates, .5 cup flax seeds, 4 heaping teaspoons of brewers yeast, I scoop protein powder. If you want you can add .5 cup of dark chocolate chips. next time I will use raisins rather than chocolate chips. l roll out into balls and place on wax paper in the fridge until they are set. I eat 1 every time I nurse.
