Breastfeeding while suffering from upset tummy - nausea/diarrhea. Thoughts?

@madspud, I'm just getting over a case of food poisoning. It is completely safe to keep nursing your LO. Pepto Bismol is not safe, Imodium is okay. Just keep your hands clean as much as possible when handling your baby bc bacteria through vomit and fecal matter can spread quickly.

ugh...I have ibs and also all of a sudden pp I am lactose intolerant :/ Im eating fiber and have increased my H2o ... Im managing.
