My milk is slowing down so bad and idk why!! 😩

Eat lots and lots of oatmeal and drink tons of water, my milk started to be almost no existent after my first month and then i started to eat oatmean in the morning and at night and now im full all the time 💕🙏🏼

Also pump after every feeding that's how I got my breastmilk back .
