It's been 8 months since my daughter was born and I still am having a hard time accepting the way I look now. It's so different then what I've ever been. I wanna be smaller I don't want these stretch marks. I want my old body back 😢😢😢
The year before I got pregnant I lost 70lbs. Something that helped me a lot (besides working out a lot) was eating a lot of fruit and veggies. It's easy to get them into your diet when you make things like smoothies and veggie juices. It really sheds the lbs
