Any moms out there breastfeed and drink on occasion? how long after drinking do you wait? how do you know if its out of your system??
Babies R Us has alcohol test stripes for breast milk. It's always an option.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...

How do you like your steak?
How often do you drink alcohol?
how many children
Do you have?
How did you all wean your child off the bottle? My daughter won’t drink her milk out of a sippy cup for nothing...but will drink her juice out of one..
this has been a topic of discussion for me for the last 4 months, because when I found out I was pregnant I was already 9 weeks and 6 weeks into being pregnant I went on vacation and I was drinking every day enjoying myself, I said that to my doctor and the ultrasound doctor and they wanted to keep tabs on the baby's development and growth because I was in the mature age to have a baby I was over 35, so through my pregnancy I had about 6 or 7 ultrasounds and we will talk about things and the fact that I wasn't drinking and was okay to wait obviously I said I would drink after I had the baby and the brain doctor said to me if your breastfeeding it's best to wait until you're not breastfeeding because there is new evidence showing that there is underlining effects caused from alcohol the only problem is the evidence doesn't reveal how much alcohol so he continued to say that the pump-and-dump is outdated and if you're able to drive your OK he said absolutely not once a tablespoon is digested into your body and the way it metabolizes it can alter cell structures that go into the nutrients of the breast milk so for me it's just not worth it and I get a lot of crap about it from some of my friends who do drink and have while breastfeeding and I feel bad because the information is updated in this is new and current and the doctor was a great doctor he's a brain doctor I'm not going to argue with the doctor so I've had to say no and let me tell you it's hard because I've had 6 barbecues 3 family gatherings and I am the sad pouty face with a breastfeeding baby in the corner LOL I really want to drink a porter. sorry so long I just wanted to share my reasoning
