I never thought I would be posting this sort of thing but is this my plug (pic in comments)
I was having period pain last night and felt like I needed the toilet but couldn't go. Feel the same this morning and this came out. I have phoned hospital they have told me to just watch it for an hour. 🤔

@winterbaby95, am sat waiting to be seen, got back and tummy pains like I am away to start my period. I am really uncomfortable.
Ring the hospital hun :) The plug can regenerate, it does look like it has a it of blood in it...keep an eye out for pains xx
was there pink in it hun??? I was induced so i lost my plug all together as my waters went with it. So im not too sure. If you had blood in it i would keep an eye and see if you get any pains xxx

@stephnae That would be the start of labour hun :) don't worry about bubs...at 34 weeks they are fine..but the lungs may need a boost xx My god brother was born at 27 weeks
