experienced mothers with babies through winter. I have an 8 month old, when she was a newbirn, we barely left the house but I bundled her with blankets and layers. now that she is older what is an appropriate winter coat? do I get a peat got or just a thick fleece jacket? I'm in VA. Thanks!!

Yeah I had one for her, but she'll just be going in and out of the car cause she won't be walking until at least January so I felt overwhelmed lol

I'm in VA also, when my son was still in the carrier I had a car seat cover and he was dressed in winter clothes and blankets inside and my cover zipped and covered over the handle.
