I have one but it didn't do anything for me, baby was almost 3 weeks overdue. But bouncing on it did help relieve some of my back pain

I have one!! It was just about $10 from Walmart 😂 There are more expensive ones out there, but I didn't want to spend too much on something I didn't know how much I was gonna use. I've definitely noticed it helps with back pain and posture, and they're so comfortable to sit on!! And baby seems to like it too 😊 since I've been sitting on it she's definitely been sitting lower... then again I only have a couple weeks left, so that could be it, too 😂
