Any moms out there struggle with insomnia and has a little one?
The medication I was prescribed is to help you fall asleep not keep you to sleep. I wonder if anyone else has been in this situation and afraid to use it because you worry you won't hear baby.
Does our mother intuitions get stronger? What did you do or would you do?

I heard melatonin wasn't good to use when you're nursing I know in pregnancy they said not to use it either because they have little to no information about it do you know if it's safe to use when you're nursing
I used to and melatonin worked really well for me. Its a more natural sleep as opposed to the druggy dead sleep from prescribed medicines.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I have no idea I'm sorry. It totally went over my head that you could be nursing! I used it pre-pregnancy. Maybe ask your pediatrician to see if it is okay.
