Any natural remedies suggestions for a cold? I don't want to take anything that with effect my breastfeeding.

I can tell you that I drink lemon water everyday and I haven't been sick in 15 years I'm breastfeeding again also, you can let it Infuse overnight just eight ounces of room temperature water would be great and the more rind you taste the better

Vitamin C and Echinacea. I think zinc is also safe to take when breastfeeding, but when taken for a period of time can decrease milk supply.
