I've been giving my daughter expressed milk because of her jaundice and she drinks 3 oz just about every hour, are there ways to make milk fattier? I feel like it's because she isn't getting enough from my milk

She is getting plenty of fat in the milk but she is growing every second of the day. She is going to continue to eat like that. Really nothing you can do or eat to make her stay fuller longer or anything. Breast milk has everything she needs in it. hope I answered your question.
Breast milk digests much faster, its normal for her to eat constantly.

Keep baby in the sun and keep her pooping. That's the only way to get rid of jaundice. Pump longer on each side, then fatty milk comes last
jaundice in babies is common, I do not believe there is a way to make your milk fattier, jaundice is cause from blood cells. Getting your milk helps to level it out. She still might have to be put on a light tho.
Your milk is perfect mama :) maybe a growth spurt @mamabear9456 since she is jaundice she must still be young lots of growth & constantly growing and needs plenty mommy milk. Just eat well and hydrated to keep your supply good.
