So, my lactation brownies were AMAZING with milk production and taste, but not so much with my diet. I still make them as an occasional treat, but I just made some peanut butter cup oatmeal bars. I haven't leaked since I started breastfeeding, but I was out with my neighbor, and by the end of our trip she had to inform me I was leaking. Recipe can be found on Pinterest. I put a layer of chocolate with brewer's yeast mixed in for an extra kick and so far have been able to get 6oz from one side (he's partial to the right side, so that's where we're currently nursing😝). So excited since I go back to work in less than 20 days and depleted my stash to 25oz when I was sick with food poisoning (yes, I now know I could have still nursed, but live and learn! Plus I don't want some vomiting banshee serving me my food, right?) so I'm glad to be able to find something I can grab as a brass fast bar with some fruit😋!!!
Is there a big difference between brewers yeast and the yeast for baking? I've gone to 2 different stores and I don't see "brewers" yeast in the baking Isle :(
@riahlala3, @akeelah_naomi_mommy and these are mine!!! Didn't realize how yummy they look!!! I don't really like honey, but chocolate and peanut butter take over!
mm ichellevaldez4750, trying to get the exact "where" my husband got the powder from. I tried googling until he responds, but only came up with Walmart and Gnc...
